Full Document: Oregon State–Blueprint Sports NIL Services Agreement
The release of this Oregon State University–Blueprint Sports NIL Services Agreement sheds new light on how Beaver Athletics’ name, image, and likeness (NIL) operations were structured under the leadership of Scott Barnes, Brent Blaylock, and Blueprint Sports. As Blueprint’s client roster thins nationwide and questions mount about the company’s contracts with college athletic departments, Oregon State’s athletic leadership is now under intensified scrutiny. The contract reveals in plain terms how revenue generation, fundraising targets, and athlete compensationwere centralized under a private third-party vendor. Oregon State’s decision to partner with Blueprint, and the financial and compliance terms that followed, stand as a defining case study in the evolving NIL era.
Belligerent Beavs will continue tracking the fallout, the leadership decisions within Oregon State Athletics, and what this partnership reveals about the future of NIL governance, collective accountability, and Beaver Nation’s trust in its athletic department.
